Risks, Employee savings and pensions

We will analyze company savings plan and pension plan. Both plans are set in a context which is marked by a strong wish to keep wages low (which induce alternative ways to compensate for one’s work), and because of the lowering (in the near future) of the pensions which depend on the public repartition which requires another retirement plan.
