Collective bargaining, conflict in the workplace and inequalities among wages in France

Using an empirical method, we wish to evaluate the links between wage differences, collective bargaining and work related conflicts in the private sector. We will look at the extent to which collective bargaining affects the gender gap in French companies and establishments, and how inter-firm wages determine the emergence of strikes and other forms of work related conflicts.
