Setting up a dynamic long term micro-simulation of pensions for state civil servants (the “Pablo” model)

We wish to model the bonus rate at individual level for civil servants (“fonction publique d’État”). This will require explaining the behavior behind their decisions related to retirement (replacement rate). The general idea is to highlight wage equations (regarding the bonus rate) from a source of reference, and then apply the highlighted model to the population according to individual characteristics.
