We will try to grasp which factors favor the setup of an environmental friendly hygiene management system. Are taken into account: - Individual characteristics (supervisor and rest of staff) - Structural characteristics: field acreage, type of production, etc. - Financial characteristics: indebtedness, turnover, etc.
