Local taxes, housing market and behavior of local elected officials

This project consists of two parts: The first part is about the estimation of the impact of the 2014 reform of transfer of property against payment (DMTO) on the real estate market. The second part deals with a national and international comparison for households of the inequalities in housing consumption compared to inequalities in current consumption and income.
