Directorate General for Enterprise – Innovation Study – Le CASD

In accordance with European regulations, the French government notified the European Commission of a plan to review State aid under scheme No. SA.40391. State aid scheme SA.40391 includes subsidies for research, subsidies for R&D projects, subsidies for innovation and subsidies for competitiveness clusters. The assessment expected by the Commission must measure the effects of the scheme on both the beneficiaries of subsidiaries and on the economy in general. The aim of the project is to provide a common working space for the DGE (global equipment allocation agency), Insee and CREST (Center for Research in Economics and Statistics) agents in charge of reviewing the SA.40391 scheme. This project will focus on assessing the Young Innovative Company (YIC) scheme, as well as Structural Programs for Competitiveness (PSPC), the Single Inter-Ministerial Fund (FUI), Mission B competitiveness clusters, and Mutualized Innovation Platforms (PFMI).
