Studies for assessing social housing organizations and the Action Logement (Accommodation Action) sector (article L.342-2 of the French Construction and Housing Code)
The request for access to tax data on companies is intended to improve the SESE (Studies, Statistics and Assessment Department) knowledge of companies. The possibility to produce accounting and financial ratios on value added, its distribution, the degree of openness to the outside world, profitability or indebtedness in certain sectors of activity should provide significant insight into the state of the productive system in the region and link it to other indicators such as recent employment trends.
