Heterogeneity of milk prices paid to french farmers

In France, the milk price paid to dairy cow farmers is heterogeneous. This project will provide a better understanding of the determinants of this heterogeneity. Two lines of research will be particulary studied : the spatial dimension as well as the vertical relationships dimension.
