Between- and within-firm inequality: a structural approach

BAWFISA
The aim of the project is to separate the fixed effects on pay of the individual from those of the company , as in "High Wage Workers and High Wage Firms" published by Francis Kramarz, coauthors, and Econometrica in 1999, as well as analyze the detailed wage structure of firms and the impact of international trade on wages paid by firms.
