2. Intellectual property rights

The CASD website and all its content (in particular the CASD trademarks and logos registered with the Institut national de la propriété industrielle (INPI), any graphic, textual, software and computer element of the Site, including in particular trees, formatting, articles, presentations, illustrations, photographs and/or any other document) are protected by French legal and regulatory provisions and international conventions relating to intellectual property.

The establishment of hypertext links by users or third parties to pages or documents published on the CASD site is authorised provided that the links do not contravene the interests and/or reputation of the CASD, and that they guarantee the possibility for the user to identify the origin and author of the document.
The user who is redirected to a third party site via a hypertext link to other sites acknowledges that the Publisher has no control over the content, information, products and services offered on these sites. Consequently, the Publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of sites accessible via hypertext links.

The Publisher is also not responsible for hypertext links to the Site.

4. Limitation of liability

The Publisher reminds users of the Site of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet network. The Publisher shall in no event be held liable for:

ANY DISPUTE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE USE OF THE SITE IS EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF FRENCH LAW AND THE COMPETENT PARIS COURTS.
