Impact study of AOCs' (a French origin label) impact on the economic performance of dairy farms, agro-food companies. Study of the market performance for AOC labelled goods

The public policy behind AOC labels aims to increase the farmers’ income by giving them an incentive to diversify their production. We wish to evaluate the efficiency of AOC in this regard.
