At the request of the DGFiP, several changes have been implemented to simplify and speed up the user accreditation process.
A streamlined process thanks to electronic signatures
The introduction of electronic signatures for DGFiP documents is intended to reduce processing times. This modernization allows:
• significant time savings: digitizing exchanges reduces delivery times and facilitates file validation;
• greater visibility: users receive systematic notifications at each stage of their accreditation process;
• Greater security: guaranteed authenticity of the signatory, document integrity, and increased traceability.
Alignment of authorization expiration dates: transition to 6 years
In order to optimize project management, the initial authorization periods have been extended from 4 to 6 years. This alignment with the opinion issued by the Statistical Confidentiality Committee (CSS) for other data producers on a 6-year cycle should limit the frequency of renewals and offer researchers greater visibility on their work schedules.
Thanks to these new processes, CASD and DGFiP hope to achieve substantial time savings, thereby facilitating faster access to data for authorized projects.
