Starting in March, CASD will roll out a new secure automatic import feature.
Until now, in order for a researcher to integrate an external script into their secure environment, the operation required human intervention: each request was received, verified, and then manually inserted by CASD staff. This process imposes a processing delay, particularly outside of business hours.
This new automatic import feature, the result of a partnership co-financed by DREES and DARES, will enable researchers to import scripts independently in just a few minutes.
This increased agility, which is essential for the smooth running of research work, does not compromise security thanks to developments made for this purpose.
This autonomy is governed by an innovative security protocol. It combines technical limitations (format, size, and frequency), import retention, and content analysis using artificial intelligence (LLM) capable of analyzing the nature of the imported file and detecting any non-compliance.
The user journey consists of three steps: initialization from the bubble, secure deposit on the CDAP portal, and immediate availability in the work environment.
