Statistical presentation

Statistical concepts and definitions

Questions cover employment, unemployment, training, social origin, situation one year before, and main situation on a monthly basis over the last twelve months.

In 2013, the complementary module focuses on work-related accidents and health problems.

Statistical population

The survey is limited to "ordinary housing".
People aged 15 or over.
France (metropolitan France and overseas departments), with the exception of the department of Mayotte.
An Annual Employment Survey is also conducted in Mayotte but is the subject of an independent publication.
