The study will analyze existing links between acknowledging sustainable development stakes, differentiating greenwashing from real involvement in the matter. Are companies which communicate on CSR really innovative? Do they invest more than others to reduce their environmental externalities? Are they more energy efficient? Are there economic performances (namely exports) affected? We will attempts to characterize companies (and their sector) knowledgeable or which practice CSR, so as to highlight the reasons behind decisions in the matter.
