Econometric evaluation of IRTs ( (BCOM, BIOASTER, JULES VERNE, M2P, NANOELEC (CEA), RAILENIUM, SAINT EXUPERY ET SYSTEMX) et des ITE (INEF4-NOTABEK, INES.2S, EFFICACITY, IPVF, VEDECOM, SUPERGRID, FRANCE ENERGIES MARINES (FEM))

As part of the evaluation plan for state aid scheme SA.111723 required by the European commission, the ANR will conduct an econometric analysis to quantify the causal impact of IRTs and ITEs on the economic performance and R&D activity if founders and private partners. In-depth analyses will be carried out on the variability of the effects of corporate partnerships with IRTs and ITEs and on the potential risks of crowding out private investment or windfall effects
