Implications of private housings in priority areas identified in municipal policies

The purpose of this study is to characterize the range in private housing in QPVs (priority districts in municipal policies) of metropolitan France. We also wish to identify the QPVs where private housing represents major challenges and the different themes identified in these territories: older/degraded housing , substandard housing, existence of condominiums, private housing vacancy, and the presence or absence of social housing. Faced with these issues, the already existing public response and identified needs will have to be analyzed.
