Microeconomic determinants of the employment adjustment in the 2008 crisis

The study we foresee aims to identify and hierarchize, on a macroeconomic level, what determines that an employee stays on (or not) throughout the years at the same company. The analysis will estimate the probability that an employee keeps his job from one year to another based on his or her individual characteristics (age, gender), on those of his position (PCS classification, what type of work contract, wage, work conditions) and of the firm (branch, size, capital intensity, productivity, profitability, being part of a financial group, and if so, nationality and global activity of the group).
