Observing and analyzing the relationship between training and employment across regions
The aim of the analyses carried out by Carif-Oref organizations and Carif-Oref networks (RCO) is to provide local players with tools and to inform public decisions made in the regions. Indeed, as the economy continues to accelerate and the labour market becomes increasingly complex, analyses of economic change and studying the relationship between employment and training are becoming essential observation tools. Thus, the Carif-Oref network will have access to the data required to carry out operational job-skills analyses on a local level, to support regional institutions and CREFOPs (regional committees for employment, training and vocational guidance) in drawing up training maps, and finally to support economic and employment actors in anticipating economic changes in the regions.
