The aim of the present study is to analyze the situation with regard to paid employment 2 years after organ transplantation, and to understand its determinants in order to propose courses of action. Secondary objectives are to analyze the professional trajectory before and after organ transplantation, and to study the impact of transplantation on standard of living.
The study will be based on the EDP Santé. All transplant patients between the ages of 20 and 60, will be identified with a hospital stay. The Table Panel actifs tous salariés will be used for the primary endpoint and to describe the employment trajectory. Standard of living will be based on tax data. A logistic model will be used to study the association between various factors and the probability of being employed. Job trajectories will be described using Sankey diagrams. A typology of trajectories and the evolution of living standards will be described with trajectory analyses by latent classes.
