Our objective is to quantify the effect of climate change on farmers' crop allocation decisions as an adaptation strategy. To be able to model the impact of year-to-year climate variations on agricultural yields and land allocation, we need access to farm level data including information on farm geographical locations. This is necessary to link past and present weather data with farm data. The information on geographical location of farms (corresponding municipalities) is available only within national FADN data.
