CERENPA
This project involves drawing up a precise description of the housing stock each year, with a view to producing an annual assessment of energy consumption in the residential sector. It corresponds to the merger of 4 existing projects, namely PARLOC (using ENL data), CERENLO (using the ICC-PRLN survey to find out the energy used in new housing), CHAUFIN (using the EPTB survey to find out the energy used in the detached housing segment), and LOGEAR (using EAR data). This precise knowledge of the housing stock, combined with CEREN's experience in processing energy consumption by dwelling, means that, in addition to estimating a consumption balance, it is possible to explain and analyse changes in energy consumption.
