Our main objective is to assess the association between CVD risk and the presence of "Arthritis" (notably RA, SpA, PsA) in the general population included in the Constances cohort, and to test the independent impact of these "Arthritis" on CVD risk. Secondary objectives are to understand which epidemiological aspects of these "Arthritis" may contribute to the increased risk and to evaluate the association between CVD risk and autoimmunity. We also plan to assess the impact of other comorbidities on QoL of these patients, as compared to the general population, and finally to estimate the prevalence and incidence of each of the three aforementioned rheumatic diseases.
