Surveillance, organization and job retention (COMETT SOM)

I00SOME
Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are considered a major issue in both occupational and public health. Faced with this societal challenge, our project proposes to describe the MSDs of the limbs and spine, to study their etiologies, in particular the impact of psychological occupational factors and those related to the organization of work and to analyze their short- and long-term consequences on the professional paths and quality of life of workers in a "whole professional life" approach. Thanks to Constances, teams specialized in the field of MSDs will be able to study current issues around this issue and its evolving trends.
