The Dynamics of Public Finance and Spending Distribution in the Face of Globalization
This project aims to investigate the impacts of globalization on the financing, allocation, and quality of public spending and services in France. We will seek to understand not only how the distribution of the financing of public services has changed and who the main beneficiaries are, but also the consequences of these changes on a various set of outcomes (e.g. inequality, productivity, innovation). The goal is to enrich our understanding of the relationships between fiscal policy, the distribution of public services, and socio-economic dynamics in a context of globalization.
