The Effect of Mandating Gender-Related Disclosures on Gender Equality in Organizations

This project aims at providing feedback to regulators regarding real effects on the social and environmental information disclosure mandate (article 225 of the Grenelle II Law). Specifically, we want to analyze whether requiring firms to disclose gender-related equal opportunity information in annual reports (policies, distribution) increases gender equality (percentage of females remuneration) within firms.
