Wage base distribution per region in the Fongecif field

We aim to precisely establish the scope and the total payroll eligible to the Fongecif vocational training scheme and thus calculate the allocation keys for the funding related to the regional allocation of employees eligible to the training. Funding allocation is granted by the FPSPP (social partners and the State) based namely on the suggested allocation keys. The envisioned study will therefore assess the quality of the “postes” files, namely the IDCC variable, to put together a processing program capable of calculating the distribution of the payroll, as well as offering a better description of the eligible employees.
