MAEC BIO RDR3 : Agri-environmental and climatic measures data

The Agri-Environmental and Climatic Measures data relate to the commitments contracted by farmers for each campaign within the framework of the Agro-Environmental and Climate Measures act and aid for the conversion and maintenance of organic farming under the 2014-2020 Rural Development Regulation (RDR3). The Agri-Environmental and Climatic Measures act aims to support changes in agricultural practices in order to respond to environmental pressures identified regionally and to maintain favorable practices which are sources of environmental benefit in areas where there is a risk of disappearance or evolution towards less virtuous practices. Aid for organic farming aims to support the development of organic farming areas during the conversion phase, during which the additional costs incurred are not compensated by the market, and to support farms that have converted in order to avoid the risk of returning to conventional farming. The data cover the whole of France.
