FAR6 : Annual statistical table for monitoring Caf recipients

Years : 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017

Producer : National Fund for Family Allowances (CNAF)

The Annual Reference File (FAR) was created to replace the ENA (National Beneficiary Sample). It enables national statistics to be produced about CAF recipients over the 12 months of a calendar year. The unit of observation is therefore the recipient file: one line corresponds to one file. The latter may cover several people (in general, a family): the person responsible for the file (the person identified as the CAF "contact"), his/her spouse and dependent children. A unique and anonymous identifier is assigned to each recipient file (CAF department number + encrypted personnel number). The Annual Reference File provides information on the file in general (family situation, various information on the children...), on the person in charge of the file (gender, date of birth, profession), and on the different benefits received (the various entitlements payable during the months of the year and the corresponding amounts).
