The CKD-REIN (Chronic Kidney Disease - Epidemiology and Information Network and Nephrology) study follows 3000 patients with chronic kidney disease of all types over 5 years. The overall objective is to develop a research platform to answer key questions regarding the factors and biomarkers associated with the prognosis of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and to assess the effectiveness of its management.
