The industrial branch annual survey “Forest Exploitation” sets out to gather information on logging activities led by lumber producers, classifying these activities by essence (hardwood or conifer) and its use (softwood, roundwood and fuelwood). Poplar roundwood can be found in the “soft hardwood” category.
