Appariement mené par la DARES depuis l'été 2021 en collaboration avec Pôle Emploi et la CNAF, dans l'objectif de reconstituer les trajectoires professionnelles des allocations de l'assurance chômage et des minima sociaux. MIDAS croise 3 sources de données administratives exhaustives :
- Les contrats salariés dans les MMO (donnnées DSN de la DARES) ;
- L'indemnisation des demandeurs d'emploi (donnnées FHS et FNA de Pôle Emploi) ;
- Les bénéficiaires de minima sociaux : RSA, PA, AAH (données ALLSTAT-FR6 de la CNAF).
