TRM : Survey on the use of road freight vehicles

The purpose of the Survey on the use of road freight vehicles is to measure the road transport of goods and the mileage of heavy goods vehicles on national or foreign roads, for others and for France. The results are used for economic analysis of the sector (economic monitoring, national accounting, studies on transport companies). They are also used to assess the implications of freight flows - by origin-destination - on infrastructure policy, including traffic, safety, environmental and congestion issues.
