DGAC - Assessment of the Impact of the Exempted Notification Regime No. SA.112158

The research and development support program in the aeronautics sector takes place in a context where the industry holds strategic importance for the French economy, is pursuing ambitious environmental transition goals, and faces structural and operational challenges. In this context, the DGAC commissioned Analysis Group to conduct a study entitled "Assessment of the Impact of the Exempted Notification Regime No. SA.112158 on R&D Aid for the Decarbonization, Competitiveness, and Safety of Air Transport for the 2024-2026 Period". The purpose of this study is to evaluate how the aid influences stakeholder decision-making taking into account the diversity of situations and several dimensions of aid effectiveness. It specifically addresses the indirect effects of the aid, the heterogeneity of the companies concerned, the variety of funded projects, and the methods used to measure the aid's impact.
