Mobile Phone User Cohort (Cosmos-France)

I00COSM
Cosmos is an international cohort study (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Great Britain) that assesses whether the use of cell phones and other wireless technologies is associated with adverse health effects. The French component of this project, the Cosmos-France cohort, is linked to the Constances cohort, which consists of patients seen at health screening centers. Cosmos-France participants are recruited from among Constances participants; participant follow-up and the collection of information on their medical conditions are conducted as part of the Constances cohort, as is the collection of sociodemographic data, lifestyle information, and other relevant details. The Cosmos-France team administers questionnaires on phone usage and symptoms to participants.
