Analysis environment for the project FRENCHIE

FRENCH2
Over the past two decades, considerable progress has been made in the management of patients with acute myocardial infarction, both at the acute stage and in the long term. The impact of these changes on the long-term outcomes of patients admitted to intensive care units for a myocardial infarction, however, has not been extensively studied in the real word. The main goal of the FRENCHIE cohort, which includes patients consecutively admitted for acute myocardial infarction at the participating centers in France, is to study the profile and actual management of the patients, in relation with their long-term outcomes. Secondary aims are to determine the health and economic impact of the different management strategies used, using cross-linking with the SNDS data.
