Social status of farmers involved in short food supply circuits’ short supply and distribution chains

Short supply and distribution chains, around which currently revolve political and societal questions, are submitted to certain social and economic logics. This project aims to identify social characteristics among farmers (economic dimension, level of qualification, etc.) which are to be taken account when considering various forms of commercialization and the various markets in which they may be involved. We will also consider defining the existence or the absence of specificities regarding production characteristics.
