Union representation for young employees: how qualification matters or not?

We will analyze how young employees approach union representation, focusing on non-qualified young employees. The apparent lack of interest they show regarding matters of union representation will be the initial perspective of the study, in a context where the renewal of union representatives appears very important for upholding a democratic society through labour relations.
