ECII CICE : Business Outlook Survey on Investment in Industry - focus on CICE

Since 2014, questions relating to the Tax Credit for Competitiveness and Employment (CICE) have been introduced into the Business Outlook Survey on Investment in industry and are grouped in a specific section. The questions asked concern the amount of the CICE received, the share of CICE allocated to margins or operating income, sales and the number of employees. The scope of the Business Outlook Survey on investment in industry covers companies in metropolitan France in the manufacturing and extractive industries, i.e. divisions 08 to 33 of the French classification of activities (NAF Rév. 2) excluding 08,92Z, 09,10Z, 12, 19,10Z, 30,40Z.
