The purpose of the Monthly Business Outlook Survey in the construction industry is to reflect the opinion of the sector's entrepreneurs on their recent activity and business prospects. The business leaders questioned give their opinion on the recent and forthcoming progress of their production and workforce, their orders, any production issues they are encountering, recruitment difficulties, price trends, etc. Business leaders also provide an overview of their investments and opinions on their cash flow. The survey was conducted among companies in metropolitan France working on the construction of single-family homes and other buildings, general masonry work, carpentry and roofing, installation and finishing works.
