In light of the upcoming release of MiDAS Wave 7 and the entry into force of the Full Employment Act (LPE) on January 1, 2025, a meeting bringing together producers and users of MiDAS and ForCE data will be held on Tuesday, November 18, at 10 a.m. on Teams.
As MiDAS wave 7 and the next wave of ForCE are affected by the LPE for the first time, this meeting will be an opportunity for France Travail to present the planned changes to the Historical Statistics File (FHS) in connection with the implementation of the law on full employment, in particular to identify new groups of registered users. This meeting will also be an opportunity for data users to raise their specific points of interest and ask questions about the impact of the LPE on the data.
As a reminder, wave 7 of MiDAS will include all individuals registered with France Travail between January 2017 and June 2025, as well as recipients of minimum social benefits (whether or not they are registered with France Travail) between January 2017 and December 2024.
