Enrolment sessions: collection of personal data

The personal data requested from you is necessary for the management of your registration for enrolment sessions. This processing is based on the execution of the contract between the user and the CASD for access to CASD services.
This data is intended for CASD departments in charge of customer relationship management.

Mandatory information is indicated by an asterisk. If this information is not provided, it will not be possible to send the form.

Your personal data collected via this form will be kept for the period necessary to manage your user account plus the applicable legal limitation periods. The data collected to update the information in the existing information systems will be kept for the duration of the contract plus the limitation and mandatory retention periods.

No transfer of this data will be made to a country outside the European Union without your prior information.

You have rights (right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, right to the portability of information concerning you, right to limit processing) that you can exercise by sending an email to service@casd.eu You also have the right to define general and specific guidelines defining how you intend to exercise these rights after your death.
In case of doubt as to the identity of the data subject, the CASD may request additional information that appears necessary, including a photocopy of a valid identity document bearing your signature.
