The project is deployed in two parts and aims to characterize the effects of the covid-19 pandemic on job quality and labour productivity. One hypothesis of this research is that job quality also contributes to productivity changes, alongside the crisis’s restructuring effects. Thus, the first part of the study will describe the effects of changes in the structure and form of employment on their quality, while the second part aims to identify the impact of these changes on productivity, specifically by comparing several models of employment adjustment in firms.
