First, this project aims to analyze employment in the nonprofit sector. Employees of nonprofit organizations account for nearly one in ten private-sector workers, and those in the sports sector represent a little over 400,000 jobs. The objective is to analyze the characteristics of these employees: sociodemographic profiles, types of contracts, working hours or working conditions. This analysis will be based on data from Insee (Tous salariés and Emploi en continu data).
Second, after analyzing employment within associations, it will be useful to link this to how these organizations operate by examining donations made by households and businesses to nonprofit organizations, using data from DGFiP.
