Enlightening on private housing issues in French priority neighbourhoods (called Quartiers Prioritaires de la Ville "QPV")

HABIQPV
This project was born from a partnership between the ANCT, the Cerema and the DHUP. It aims to provide local and national actors of the French urban housing policies with some private housing stock indicators that mainly concern the QPV but also sensitive neighbourhoods (called Quartiers de Veille Active "QVA"). It also aims to help these actors with the implementation, the monitoring and the assessment of these policies. For each specific QPV/QVA, Fidéli will be used to compute indicators related to the socioeconomic fragility of private housing occupiers. A distinction between owners and tenants’ situation will also be made. In these QPV/QVA, the situation of private housing occupiers will be compared to that of social housing occupiers and to that of private housing occupiers who are located in the same metropolitan areas. Some other elements connected to these neighbourhoods’ trajectory will also be produced to build a specific typology of the QPV/QVA in private housing.
