Performance of businesses and employment of people with disabilities
In this project, it is a question of comparing the performance of private businesses (20 or more employees), in compliance with the legal obligations to employ people with disabilities. Business performance will be measured using different indicators: Financial indicators (rate of return, rate of return on assets, working capital & cash flow needs, the operating cycle of products, deadlines of customers and suppliers), Commercial indicators (turnover, market share, international opening), Organizational indicators (production or subcontracting costs, used or unused production capacity, etc.), and possibly CSR indicators.
