Practices for the prevention of psychosocial risks in companies and employees' health

From complex and multifactorial causes, linked to employment conditions, organizational factors and working relationships, psychosocial risks represent a challenge for companies and players in occupational health and safety. Organizational interventions for the prevention of psychosocial risks have been less studied than interventions targeting individuals and evidence for their effectiveness is not really established. The objective of this study is to assess the effects of psychosocial risk prevention practices carried out in companies on the health of employees, taking into account working conditions, as well as personal and environmental factors that may influence these effects.
