Private Equity and Gender Pay Gap

This project investigates the impact of private equity transactions on the gender pay gap. It will thus contribute to a better understanding of the effects of the numerous private equity transactions which take place in France and around the world, as well as the role of finance in determining the gender pay gap. This study will therefore be able to inform public policies aimed at encouraging or restricting private equity investments in companies.
