Professional mobility and inequality on the labor market

MOBISAL
In this project we will first use Annual declaration of social data (DADS) to follow employment episodes for the private and semi-private sectors. We will study, over an extended period, the various forms of mobility on the labor market . We will then attempt to qualify this employee mobility whether it participates to a favorable or unfavorable evolution of inequalities. The DADS panel enables one to follow the career trajectory of an individuals over an extended period (since 1976), thus we can evaluate the stability of the relation between professional mobility and wage inequality.
