The study will involve “tracking” the journeys and breaks of heavy vehicles, and determining at what point in the calendar of a future year (01/01 0:00 to 31/12 23:00) the vehicle will recharge, and at what recharge level. Aggregation over all simulated vehicles will give the heavy vehicle consumption curve at hourly intervals over a future year. This curve will be used in power system production optimization models.
